Return & Reorder Policy
At Erebuni Collective, we take great care in crafting and delivering your artwork. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter a problem with your order, we are here to help.
We accept replacements for the following reasons:
- Your artwork arrived visibly damaged.

The item received is not the correct product or size that you initially ordered.
(Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received.) - The artwork received has defects such as misprinting, misalignment, noticeable fading, blurriness, or any other visible flaw.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our reorder policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a replacement.
Expedited Reorder Guidelines
- If your artwork arrived visibly damaged.
- If the item received is not the product or size you ordered. (Please provide your order number and a photo of the item received.)
- If the artwork is defective due to misprinting, misalignment, or any other production issue.
Important:
Because each artwork is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds for changes of heart. However, we are happy to reprint and reship your item free of charge if the issue is due to a production error, quality defect, or damage during shipping. We will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution whenever possible.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days of placement.
- Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 10 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary based on your location, holidays, and seasonal demand.
